In the event of a claim, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm) please contact  Aebly & Associates directly to report your loss. After business hours, or if you choose, you may contact your insurance company directly by using the information listed below, and the phone numbers listed under the “Carrier Contacts” tab. Most companies will require your policy number in order to access your account, so you should have that information available when you call.

• If you have an auto claim, please provide as much information as possible regarding all vehicles, drivers, passengers and pedestrians involved. This information should include: name, phone number, address, insurance company, license plate number, and the file number for any police report that may have been filed.
• If you have an auto GLASS claim, please report this type of incident directly to your auto insurance carrier.
• If you have a property claim, please take any necessary (and reasonable) steps to protect your property from further loss or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, emergency or temporary repairs, boarding of broken windows or structural damage, or removal of downed trees.
• If you have a workers compensation claim, obtain emergency treatment for the injured employee if necessary, or direct them to seek the appropriate medical treatment if they are able to do so. All workers compensation claims should be reported by the employer directly to the insurance carrier. This should be done either by telephone or electronically via the carrier’s website.
  
  *Please note: The employers first report of an injured employee is required within 10 days from the date of the accident. The NYS workers compensation board requires all employers to report any injury of an employee one day beyond the working day or shift on which the accident occurred OR any injury requiring medical care beyond 2 first-aid treatments.
