New Business Development Representative

Michele joined Aebly and Associates in January 2022. Michele helps our new and existing clients strategically choose Aebly’s available product options by utilizing a holistic and consultative approach. As an AH&L Producer, she concentrates on working with community-rated medical benefits for companies with employees of 10-99. Michele works with clients to help support their employee retention statistics by helping them choose the right employee benefits for their employees.

She brings over 30 years of business development experience in the Western New York market with 15 in various areas of compliance. She focuses on managing long-term risk by concentrating on Payroll, Benefits, Code Rule 59 & 60, and our Safety Groups support process improvement for our clients.

Michele is a licensed Life, Accident & Health Insurance Agent in New York State. She holds a B.A. in English from SUNY Fredonia and is an NYS DOL Certified Safety Consultant in Code Rule 59 and Code Rule 60. She is passionate about serving the community and is doing so as Secretary/Treasurer of the Downtowners chapter of Business Networking International, GROW Buffalo, WEDI Mentor, Grand Island Rotary, Board Member of Grand Island Chamber of Commerce, and Board Member of Hope Rises, Buffalo.
